The Heart Behind We Care
We Care Home Living Facility LLC is a proud family care home run by a mother and daughter duo. Our staff is made up of trained caregivers with expertise in dementia, TBI, and bedridden care who are present 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We also welcome visiting medical professionals, including nurses, who come to our home to serve their patients directly. Every member of our team follows the care plans and recommendations of licensed medical professionals to ensure your loved one always receives the right level of care.
Our Story
We Care was born out of a simple but powerful belief that every senior deserves to feel safe, loved, and at home. Founded by a mother and daughter who share a deep passion for serving others, we set out to create something different. A place that feels nothing like a traditional care facility. Because to us, it is not a facility. It is home. We are a licensed (LIC#079201695) residential care home nestled in Brentwood, California, caring for up to 6 residents in a warm household where every resident is treated like family.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide personalized, dignified care that honors the unique story of every resident who walks through our doors. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all care. We take the time to understand each resident’s needs, preferences, and personality and we build our care around them.

We are a 3-bedroom residential care home proudly licensed by the California Department of Social Services (LIC#079201695). Our small size is intentional. It allows us to give every resident the attention, consistency, and genuine human connection they deserve.
